All questionsWhat do I need to bring at pick-up?
Your driving licence, passport or ID, and a card in the main driver's name for the deposit hold. Licences from outside the EU need an International Driving Permit alongside them.
Can I pick the car up at 2 a.m.?
Yes. We meet arrivals at TFS and TFN at any hour, at no extra cost. Add your flight number at checkout and we track the landing time.
How much is the deposit, and when is it released?
Between €150 and €300 depending on the car, held on your card and released when you hand the keys back. No cash deposit, ever.
Can I cancel?
Free until 24 hours before pick-up, refunded to the card you paid with. Later than that, the first day is charged.
